Greetings all my lovely Space Monkeys and random people who’ve stumbled on this site without really knowing what you are getting into. (We like to pretend we are important. But, we know better.)


I’d like to let the community get to know a little bit about the people we all share the server with. Those people who we mercilessly frag and gib on a weekly basis. Or those that snipe us from around corners and through walls. I know that you are dreadfully curious about what these people are like and what makes them click. So! I’ve decided to pick 4 random Space Monkeys and have them answer 15 questions each. I’ve then gone through and randomly picked answers based on random criteria that I know will be the subject of debate for years to come. Or whatever. Your first 4 random Space Monkeys are Crashnelms, Dr. Wahwee, Irongears and Regory.


Anyway, on to the questions:


1) How did you get involved with PM?
(Regory) I first found PM back when you were temporarily given the Chicago server. I wasn’t in the mood for 12v12 that day, and logged into the PM server randomly. There were about 2 or 3 other people on the server at the time. I remember Vish and Irongears were on at the time, with Irongears on the opposing team. I remember I loved listening to him rage as I continued to snipe him. Yes, that’s right… I ultimately joined PM because of Irongears.


(Dr. Wahwee) I first got involved with {PM} when swamp monster appeared one day in a monocle next to Raist convincing me to have a spot of tea and play on the {PM} server… except it went more like swamp messaged me over Steam while Raist messaged me at the same time and told me to get on and play NAOW.


(Crashnelms) I been in contact with Wonder Woman from an old server we used to play on and she told me about a new server she was starting up with Yelly. She asked me if I wanted to be apart of it and I agreed!


(Irongears) I got got involved with PM through vish telling me to join the clan.



2) When did you start playing TF2?
(Dr. Wahwee)
I technically started playing TF2 when it came out in the Orange Box however I couldn’t actually play it on Vista so I had to wait until the summer of last year when I was sick and tired of yelling “KHANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN—-VALVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!” whenever it wouldn’t work properly (it worked it’s just no….

that) so I asked one of my steam friends Phelix if he knew how to fix it and as it so happened he did he luled at me for using Vista since my computer wasn’t the only one that Vista hated TF2 so we upgraded to Windows 7 over night and I got my TF2 to work at the price of it killing my speakers so I had to buy a pair to plug into my computer…. woo. And than I just went with headphones cause of reasons I forget.

3) Favorite Class?
(Regory) Gameplay-wise, the Spy. Character-wise, the Scout.


(Dr. Wahwee) Probably Scout honestly followed by Medic theirs a good reason you don’t see me as Scout often though I used to play it 24/7 back before I actually could play TF2 on my friend’s computer which was superb for it and could run everything 100% perfectly (not even kidding) so I was first introduced to Scout than and got my first real taste of TF2 a little before the Scout update (fortunately for me) Scout used to be my most played class and class with most points as well as kills. However… with this computer I can only really play Demo Spam or Pyro with the occasional medic when I don’t lag to much generally when I don’t lag to much I can play a decent medic honestly still lags to much for Scout though.


4) Least favorite class to meet in close quarters?
(Regory) In general, the Pyro. Also, the Scout, if the player is competent.


(Crashnelms) Pyros or Vish as a spy


(Irongears) fucking pyros……


5) Who kills you all the time?
(Crashnelms) Barracuda, Vish, fucking pyros


(Irongears) sigh….vish……


6) What’s your best map?
(Dr. Wahwee) Best map hmmm Warpath Elite 2 I think however we don’t have that atm so…. it all really varies their was this one night on Dustbowl where Galaxy and I kept the opposing team in their spawn for approximately 5 minutes that was fun.


(Regory) I really enjoy Gravel Pit, but I seem to do best on Turbine.


7) Which map makes you rage quit?
(Irongears) none except when vish kills me all the time…..


(Dr. Wahwee) I don’t rage quit I rage spectate and theirs a few probably pipeline or Hoodoo honestly and heck if I’m in the right mode I’ll play those too. Runner ups: Gorge and Doublecross Worst. Valve made maps. EVER*.


8) Who’s more intimidating: Duke Nukem or Bloodcrow?
(Dr. Wahwee) I just imagine Bloodcrow eating Duke Nukem than getting Duke’s kickass weapons and lines but with Blood’s incredibly sexy voice. Oh and blood gets Dukes shades too… I wonder what bloodcrow would look like actually… I demand a pic of Bloodcrow and photoshop! (Irongears) sorry bloodcrow but i got to go with Duke Nukem


9) Have you been stalked by Seven?
(Regory) Nope. At least, not that I’m aware of…


(Dr. Wahwee) Not yet fortunately I look forward to the day when he does for I have a special surprise for him ‘insert evil Wily laughter here while raising my eyebrows’


10) Does Barracuda hack?
(Irongears) no he does not…..sometimes…..lol

11) Why don’t you like fun?
(Regory) Because fun results in inefficiency. And eeeevil. >:(


(Crashnelms) Because Im a turtle with fast internet….


12) Which weapon would you want removed from the game?
(Crashnelms) Dead Ringer! Takes the spy out of spying


(Irongears) force of nature…..


13) What other games do you play, besides TF2?
(Crashnelms) Cod MW2, Resistance, L4d2


(Dr. Wahwee) Guild Wars, Psychonauts, Trine, Golden Sun both of them, Megaman ofc, Diablo, Starcraft, I Wanna Be The Guy, various NES, SNES, Genesis, and other games such as Ninja Gaiden (for the NES I WILL beat it some day), Sigma Star Saga, all three Boktai games (pure gold even though the third one is in Japanese yay for fan translations) and many Mooooooore!


14) The last really bad movie you saw?
(Crashnelms) Alvin and The Chimpmonks 2. Women make you do horrible things!


(Irongears) The last movie i saw was dragonball evolution….terrible….


15) If they made a movie out of TF2, who would play the Pyro?
(Crashnelms)
Nancy Pelosi:
ruthless, deadly, and not well liked. Shed be perfect!


(Regory) Would it really make that big a difference?
